GTCC’s Small Business Center (SBC) was established in 1984 as part of the NC Small Business Center Network, and currently serves Guilford County entrepreneurs and business owners with a location in Greensboro. The SBC serves about 2,000 people annually through face-to-face and online business start-up and management seminars and confidential counseling.
In Greensboro, the SBC is located in the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship. Services provided there include counseling, computer training, a library/resource center, and information on key business start-up and management topics. The SBC offers monthly start-up seminars at the Nussbaum Center, and provides hands-on computer training on topics such as social media marketing.
