  • The top universities where GTCC students transfer are: UNC Greensboro, North Carolina A&T State University, N.C. State University, UNC Charlotte, and Appalachian State University.
  • The College is home to the first Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program in North Carolina.
  • In just its second year, the esports program claimed a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) national championship with the Rainbow Six Siege team ranked No. 1 in the country.

About our Community

  • The 2023-24 year marked an historic milestone for the Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) Foundation, raising $1.5 million—the highest in our college’s history.
  • In 2023, GTCC formed a partnership with the High Point Arts Council to establish the Titan Civic Band, a community concert band uniting students, faculty, staff, and local residents.
