The GTCC High Point Campus was established in 1981 with two buildings and 300 students. Since then, the campus has grown to eight buildings, covering 16 acres and over 200,000 square feet.

Programs offered at the High Point Campus include Accounting, Computer Technology Training, DSS Income Maintenance Caseworker, Early Childhood Education, EKG Cardiac Telemetry Technician, Entertainment Technology, Human Services Technology, Craft Skills for Construction, Medical Interpreter – Spanish/English, Medication Administration Aide Training Program, Notary Public, Nursing Assistant, Payroll Specialist, Pharmacy Technician and Technology, Phlebotomy Training, a variety of noncredit programs, and Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Fine Arts degree options.

The campus is home to the Larry Gatlin School of Entertainment Technology, which has a large, state-of-the-art studio and lighting, sound, and music labs.
