Student Identification Cards

We are proud to announce the availability of our digital student identification cards for active students with an Android or IOS mobile device. Your digital ID card may be used just like a physical printed card at the Library or in the Campus Store utilizing your financial aid.   

The TouchNet 360u app is easy to install and you’ll be able to take your own photo for the ID. You may take a photo using your mobile device’s camera; or you can upload a favorite photo. Note, the photograph that you choose for your digital ID must be an accurate representation of your regular appearance, and it must not utilize filters. Because these are digital identification cards, we can update student IDs with new information as needed.

To utilize your financial aid in the Campus Store or conduct any financial transaction you must also provide a second form of identification. 

Acceptable Forms of ID

(All documents must be unexpired)

• State-issued driver’s license or ID card with photo
• U.S. Passport
• Federal, state, or local government-issued card with photo
• Social Security Card
• U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner card
• Voter Registration Card
• Native American tribal document
• U.S. Military card or draft record
• Canadian-issued driver’s license
• Military dependent’s ID card
• Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt card (Form I-551)
• U.S. Citizen ID Card (Form I-197)
• Foreign passport containing a temporary I-551 stamp on a machine-readable immigrant visa
• Employment Authorization Document with photo (Form I-766)
• GTCC Student ID*

*To receive a GTCC Student ID you must present two of the above IDs, one of which MUST be a photo identification card. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes replacement IDs.
