At GTCC, we believe that education is the career that makes all other careers possible.

For 60 years, we’ve had the privilege of creating stimulating and collaborative educational and social spaces and building learning communities that support our rich legacy of educating minds and hearts—of our students, faculty, and staff.

We inspire curiosity that expands perspectives, transforms lives, and shapes communities. We believe in leaving communities better than we found them; and that we have, yielding an economic impact of more than one billion dollars to our local community last year. That commitment to our students, employees, and community shapes all that we do; and we work to make amazing happen, each day, every day.

Whether you want to teach or support those who do, the uniqueness of every person and every role is crucial because we believe that diversity in its multitude of forms makes us wiser, stronger, more innovative, inclusive, and produces improved outcomes.

At GTCC, we make the world a better place through education and community partnerships. It takes commitment, creativity, diligence, and hard work, but the rewards are great. Imagine your possibilities. If this sounds like you, join us and make amazing happen.

We encourage you to apply for employment with GTCC if you:

  • Enjoy helping students learn and grow.
  • Are committed to consistently putting forth your best effort and continuously developing your skills.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and are solutions-oriented.
