Limited Entry Programs

Welcome to GTCC and the Limited Entry Office! We are here to help you navigate the processes related to selecting and applying to a Limited Entry program.

Limited Entry Programs have a formal application process and limited seating. That is, the program accepts a specific and limited number of learners each selection cycle and you must apply to receive consideration for entry. Each program has different requirements that must be met before you can apply. A Limited Entry Advisor can help you determine which program is best suited for your skills and interest and they can then guide you through the pre-application process.

Please note that although you may be admitted to GTCC, you are not automatically admitted to your program of interest. There are specific additional deadlines you must meet to be eligible for application. Once they are met, you may submit a program application by the specified application deadline date. Please note that some programs are very competitive and meeting the minimum program admission requirements does not guarantee you a space in the program.

Program transfers are not admitted through the Limited Entry Programs Office. You will need to contact the program director to request admittance/transfer to the program. If you are ineligible, you may apply through the Limited Entry Programs office for selection to start the program from the beginning.

For programs that require the ATI TEAS as part of the application, there is no substitution for this requirement.

Official transcripts must be sent to the Admissions and/or Transcripts office for evaluation. Please do NOT submit official transcripts to the Limited Entry Programs Office as we do not process transfer credits.
