This course will help you understand and know how to record every penny that comes into and out of your business. And is great for anyone who wants to learn how businesses stay on top of their finances — and it’s a skill you can use in your own life, too!
This class is 100% online and has no specific meeting times. You may log in at your leisure. Please contact our office at cecomputertech@gtcc.edu, and provide your name, email address, and the course you registered for. Once we confirm your enrollment and payment, we will email you a web address for access to your online classroom.

REGISTRATION is REQUIRED before attending class.

In person: Complete the Continuing Education Registration Form and bring it with your payment (check, cash, credit card, or money order) to one of the GTCC campuses.

- Greensboro Campus : 8:00 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 Friday at 3505 E. Wendover Ave., Continuing Education Center (W2)
- Jamestown Campus: 8:00 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 Friday at 601 E. Main St., Medlin Campus Center, Room 3401
If I drop the class will I get a refund (refund policy)?
The college will make a 100% refund of registration fees if you officially withdraw from class before the first meeting. Also if the class is canceled or full, GTCC will make a full refund. The college will refund 75% of the registration fee (of tuition only) if you officially withdraw from the class on the first day of class or before the class reaches the census date. The census date varies from class to class. Non-attendance is not a basis for a refund.
Submit this form before the start of class, or no later than the census date (the 10% point of the course) to the program coordinator, administrative assistant, or instructor.
