Access to Achievement is a state-funded workforce training program designed to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to achieve greater independence through education and career readiness. The program provides hands-on training, personalized support, and inclusive learning experiences that build confidence, enhance job skills, and open doors to meaningful employment opportunities.
