Lining up for Graduation
All graduates will report for the lineup in full graduation attire one hour before commencement begins.
- 10 a.m. for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; Industrial, Construction, and Transportation Technologies; Human Services and Public Safety; Aviation; and Adult Education
- 3 p.m. for Humanities and Social Science and Business, Creative, and Performing Arts
The formal procession will begin promptly at the published time for the commencement ceremonies. Graduates are required to remain in their designated places throughout the entire ceremony. If students are obtaining dual degrees, they can only walk across the stage once; please line up with the department with which you choose to walk.
Spring Ceremony Reminders
- The Spring Commencement ceremonies will be held in First Horizon Coliseum at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Ceremonies should end no later than 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., respectively.
- The possession of or use of alcoholic beverages in the coliseum is prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the coliseum.
