Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration
GTCC, N.C. A&T, Guilford College, and UNCG are coming together to throw the 11th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration!
GTCC's own Tiffany Overby is the recipient of this year's MLK, Jr. Service Award. She will be recognized at the ceremony for her active participation in GTCC's Black Student Union and her voluntary accomplishments.
The event will feature a panel of student activists from all four institutions. The program will also include a live musical performance by UNCG's Neo Black Society Gospel Choir and a Tableau performance by the GTCC Theatre Department.
This event is open to the public and can be live-streamed.
This is a Titan Trail Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion designated event.
