GTCC Culinary graduate Ila Seamans said she started out with one pastry class to see if she'd like it. "I fell in love with it and decided to stay and make a career out of it."

When GTCC Culinary graduate Ila Seamans decided to become a pastry chef, she knew just what to do. "Guilford Technical Community College was a school I went to during high school for college credits and really enjoyed it, and a lot of people said such great things about the school.
